Each order will be packed with care from my atelier in Amsterdam and shipped by PostNL. Your order should arrive within 2 – 6 working days within NL & Europe and 7 – 14 days to the rest of the world.

All orders will be send within 3 working days after it has been placed unless notified by me.

Custom or import duties: if your delivery country charges customs or import duties you will have to pay these charges. I have no control over the charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have questions regarding this you can contact your local customs office for information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your leather item, simply contact me first and return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging with all enclosed documents within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, only the item costs will be refunded. Package the items carefully, you are responsible for the goods and all shipping costs back to me. IMPORTANT NOTE: personalized and customized products are non-refundable.
